Description

Role Summary: Beach Park's concession line staff prepare all menu items to specified quality levels and ensure safe food handling procedures for the safety of guest.

Duties:

  • Must be willing to accept the most effective role, as determined by management.
  • Makes guest service and guest satisfaction a priority in every aspect of the job.
  • Prepares all menu items to specified quality levels.
  • Serves guest with a sense of urgency.
  • Ensures clean and safe food handling procedures.
  • Controls food inventory with each portion served.

 

Qualifications:

Ø Must be 18 years old.

Ø Must possess a high level of integrity.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Walking to and from the assigned area(s) and stairs when necessary.
  • Standing for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to withstand direct and indirect exposure to sun and heat for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
  • Must frequently use arms, hands and fingers to reach and handle tools and controls.
