Join the Beach Waterpark team as a Maintenance Staff Member. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our attractions, facilities, and equipment are safe, clean, and fully operational for our guests. This hands-on role involves daily inspections, routine repairs, and responding quickly to maintenance needs throughout the park. You will also be required to follow job instructions.
 

Key Responsibilities 

• Perform daily inspections of waterpark rides, pools, and equipment 

• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems 

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions promptly 

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities 

• Assist with facility upgrades and installation of new attractions 

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations 

• Respond to urgent maintenance requests during operating hours 

• Collaborate with operations and other departments for overall support 

Requirements 

• High school diploma or equivalent (required) 

• 1+ year experience in maintenance, construction, facilities, or a related field (preferred) 

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems 

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely 

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions 

• Good communication and teamwork skills 

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb ladders, and stand for long periods of time 

Preferred Skills & Certifications 

• Experience with waterpark, pool, construction or amusement facility maintenance 

• Electrical, HVAC, or plumbing certification (a plus) 

• Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA standards 

Work Schedule 

• Full-time and part-time positions available 

• Must be available weekends, holidays, and during peak season (March – September) 

• Early morning and evening shifts may be required
